Reservation Terms & Conditions
A deposit of R250 per guest is required to confirm your booking.
Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of making a provisional reservation. Please note that failure to do so will result in the booking being automatically cancelled.
Refund Policy
A full refund will be issued for any cancellation or amendment made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation.
Cancellations, changes made outside of this timeframe, or no-shows will result in the full deposit being retained per guest.

Photography & Videography
Regrettably, professional photography and videography are only permitted when the venue is booked exclusively.
Decorations
No decorations are permitted unless prior arrangements have been made with the team.
Cakes
Outside cakes are not permitted. Our pastry chef creates exceptional desserts for you to enjoy.
